Public Party Package ($200)

*This package must be scheduled during public skate session*

Package includes the following:

• Admission and skate rental (12 skaters)

• Private party room for 45 minutes

• Candy bags

• 3 Pitchers of a Fountain Drink 

• 2 Large 1 topping pizzas

• Table settings (tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, forks)

NO outside food or drink can be brought in. Exceptions are ice cream, cake and cupcakes.

Party Package EXTRAS:

• Additional party guests are $10 each (includes admission and skate rental, candy bag, and table setting in party room).

• Additional skaters associated with the party may skate for a discounted rate of $5 (includes admission and skate rental only). 

• Additional Pizza $15 each ( must be ordered at least 3 days prior to party date).

General Information :
We book parties during any public skating session year round. All of our public skating times are listed on the Public Skating tab. The skating party is welcome to skate during the whole public session, but are not required to. Private parties are scheduled based upon private ice availability.

Must book 2 weeks prior to requested date. Full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving the party. Payment is required in full at least two days prior to the event date. Be sure to book with us as soon as you have a date in mind. Party slots are first-come-first served!

Discounts
Military Members and First Responders receive 10% off any party package with proof of valid ID. Military or service ID must be shown to the cashier to receive a discount.

Policies & Fees
Party is not guaranteed until payment is made. Full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reserving a party. Payment in full is required at least two days prior to your party date.

NO confetti, silly string, glitter or similar products. You will be charged a $25 cleaning fee as a result of using these products.
Outside food and drink is NOT permitted with any party package. Exception: ice cream, cake, cupcakes.

REFUND POLICY: The Wichita Ice Center will not issue refunds on cancelled birthday parties. You may reschedule your party with no fees, or receive Wichita Ice Center in house credit of the same value of your party.
